Suspected Overdosing Man Passed Out At Rocky River Restaurant
Police said the man was found unconscious in the drive-thru of McDonald's...with a 3-year-old in the car.
ROCKY RIVER, OH — Police believe an overdosing man passed out in the drive-thru of the Rocky River McDonald's — with a 3-year-old child in the backseat of the man's car.
Anthony J. Kukich, 22, of North Royalton, has been charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs and child endangering, according to Rocky River police.
The incident happened March 20 at about 9 p.m. Callers reported that a man had passed out in his car in the drive-thru. When officers arrived, there were indication the man had been abusing opioids, according to police.

Naloxone — an anti-overdose drug — was given to Kukich and he was taken to the hospital via EMS, police said. Investigators found a 3-year-old child in the backseat of Kukich's car, News 5 reported.
The child was taken to the police department and was later picked up by a relative.

Kukich was taken into custody after he was released from the hospital, according to Fox 8.
