The death of a 70-year-old man on Robinwood Avenue has officially been deemed a homicide, police said Thursday.

LAKEWOOD, OH — The death of Daniel Dolan, 70, has been officially ruled a homicide by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office. Dolan was found dead in his Robinwood Avenue home on Monday morning. Police initially ruled the death "suspicious."

It's unclear how long Donlan was dead in the house. The neighbor who called to request a welfare check said he had knocked on the 70-year-old's door several times throughout the weekend but had gotten no answer.

Dolan reportedly had multiple girlfriends, according to the 911 call made to request a welfare check.
