Teacher of the Week: Instilling Scholastic Fundamentals to Grant's Youngsters

Heather Eaton has fused her dynamic teaching style and energetic personality to create a learning environment that generates excitement and a willingness among her little students to learn, not only because it's required but because it's fun. 

Eaton was hired on this past December by principal Roxann Ramsey to keep class sizes at manageable levels, which helps to ensure that teachers can adequately focus on the progress of each of their students. 

Since coming on, she's adapted quickly to the rigors of Grant's curriculum and has won over the minds of her students who were eager to express how much they enjoy being under her tutelage.
