Tenants unveiled for West Market Street Station

S.J. Collins Enterprises (SJCollinsEnt.com), a commercial real estate development firm, has signed numerous leases at West Market Street Station, a new, upscale grocery-anchored retail center in Ohio.

Scheduled to open in summer 2017, the roughly 54,000-square-foot West Market Street Station’s tenants will include Anthony Vince Nail Spa, Great Clips, Orangetheory Fitness, PetPeople, Piada Italian Street Food and Salon Lofts.

The retail hub’s tenants will be anchored by a 30,000-square-foot 365 by Whole Foods Market, a new concept grocery store that provides simple, affordable and convenient everyday shopping without sacrificing the quality standards and dedication to food transparency that Whole Foods Market pioneered. This will be Akron’s first 365 by Whole Foods Market.
