Why Go: The library's Front Porch Concert Series wraps up Friday night with The Revolution Brass Band. The eight-piece brass band brings an avalanche of genre-bending covers and originals with a jazzy smoothness that holds it together.

3. BRENT KIRBY & THE LOST FORTUNES

Where/When: / 9 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 27

Why Go: Singer/songwriter Brent Kirby will be performing with his band The Lost Fortunes at the Rooster on Saturday. His folk style is accentuated by the rich country sound of The Lost Fortunes, reminiscent of Bob Dylan's Nashville Skyline.

Why Go: Lil' Ed Williams is playing with The Blues Imperials at The Winchester. The Chicago-style blues show brings an energetic tone and authentic slide guitar to Cleveland.

Why Go: Angela Leavitt is coming to Cleveland from Scottsdale, Arizona to play a jazzy blues-rock show at The Winchester on Saturday. The singer/songwriter has been likened to artists like Norah Jones, Jewel, Sheryl Crow and Amos Lee.
