Fire Stops Train on Tracks Near Andrews Avenue
A halted train stopped traffic for a short time on Easter Sunday.
A train caught fire and was forced to stop on the tracks near Andrews Avenue on Easter Sunday.
Lakewood fire trucks arrived quickly on the scene and helped to put out the flames, which had built up from an engine, according to one witness. Traffic was stopped because of the incident.
The train started again at about 6:45 p.m.
