Demolition Underway At St. Clement In Lakewood

LAKEWOOD, OH — In late 2019, St. Clement Church signed an agreement to bring townhomes to part of the parish's property. Demolition of a former school building, long-vacant, is underway. The cleared space will soon be home to 16 townhomes.

On December 5, a representative from the Liberty Development Company met with the Lakewood Planning Commission and provided an update on the project. He said his company would be creating 16 for-sale townhomes at the site.

Liberty Development Company also built the McKinley Place Townhomes in Lakewood and handled construction and redevelopment of the Lakewood Board of Education offices on Warren Road.
