The Westshore Enforcement Bureau/Westshore Young Leaders are in their 4th year partnering with Community Awareness and Prevention Association to decrease the initiation and use of tobacco, by youth and adults, and to decrease people’s exposure to secondhand smoke in Lakewood and throughout Cuyahoga County.
The data derived from this survey will help us develop strategies to improve the overall health and wellness of youth and adults within our community. We would appreciate your participation in this survey. Please share the survey with staff, students 18 and older, their parents, families and those living and working in the City of Lakewood. We are counting on Lakewood’s strong community to reach our goal of 200+ completions!
