Poseidon, a handsome Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix, was brought to the HSOV after being found by a Good Samaritan in Waterford, Ohio. Despite wearing a collar, he had no identification or microchip. The HSOV will hold him for three days to allow his family to reclaim him once they provide proof of ownership.
