Marietta Memorial Hospital has filed a lawsuit against WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center and the West Virginia University Health System, alleging that they supported the filing of false complaints that resulted in doctors refusing to work for Memorial. The suit claims that former executives and a physician affiliated with Camden Clark made false accusations against Memorial, knowing that they were untrue and with the backing of some leaders at Camden Clark and WVU Hospitals.
