Heather A. Malcomb

Heather Ann Malcomb of Lowell Ohio passed away peacefully May 28, 2026. She was born in Chesterhill, Ohio on August 23, 1969 to Darl and Carol (Wittekind) Silvus.

She graduated from Fort Frye High School, Class of 1987. She went on to complete her nursing degree at Washington State and then on to Hocking College to complete her RN. She completed her Masters Degree at Wheeling Jesuit University.

Through her nursing, Heather had a passion for helping others. She volunteered her time as an EMT for the L-A Volunteer Fire Department and was also a member of the American Legion Post 750 Auxiliary. Heather was known as a very crafty lady who always loved taking on a project. She loved finding antiques and decorating her house. She also loved a good shopping trip. She loved her kitties Momma, BoBo, Pluto, and Blade.

She is survived by her son, Steven Weber (Maggie) and their unborn daughter Saylor, and her Stepsons Nathan Malcomb, and Jacob (Lyndsay) Malcomb of New York and their children Miles and Teddy. She is also survived by her sister Lisa (Damian) Huck of Lowell, Brothers Ty (Cathy) Scopel of Columbus, Tracy (Amanda) Silvus of Lowell, Stacy (Elizabeth) Silvus of Vincent, and many nieces and nephews.

Heather was preceded in death by her Mother Carol, her loving husband Kevin Malcomb whom she married on June 13, 2020, and their beloved Dog, Walter.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026 at the LOWELL CHAPEL OF CAWLEY & PEOPLES FUNERAL HOMES in Lowell, Ohio at 4:00 pm. Visitation will take place from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm prior to the service.

Memorial donations may be made to Cawley Hospice, 2730 Washington Blvd. Belpre, Ohio 45714.
