1. Washington County deputies are investigating after a bomb threat was reported at Washington State Community College. No bomb was found. (WTAP)
2. The Marietta City Schools Board of Education has named Brad Silvus as the new superintendent. (WTAP)
3. A bill is being proposed in Ohio to give the unborn constitutional rights. If passed, fetuses would be legally considered "unborn human individuals." (Statenews)
