Here are the top three stories in Marietta today:

1. Buddy's owner passed away in October — now, he's looking for his new furever home. Crazy Bone Pet Spa has been taking care of the seven-year-old, 120-pound Belgian Malinois after his owner (who had been experiencing health issues) boarded him there in October but never made it back for him. 2. The Actors Guild of Parkersburg (about 20 minutes from Marietta) is hosting auditions for "Grease." Those ages 16 and older are welcome to audition at 6:00 p.m. on Jan. 22-23 in the rehearsal hall at 724 Market St. in Parkersburg. 3. The Glendale Road southbound lane is closed due to a water line replacement. The closure, which affects the lane from Colgate Drive to Brentwood Street, will continue from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily until Friday, Jan. 13. Follow posted traffic signs when traveling through the area. (WTAP)
