
Gene Raymond Fink, 79, of Marietta, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. He was born on May 8, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio, to Pearl Raymond and Josephine Mae Harris Fink.
Gene was a printing press operator before retiring as a meat cutter. He and Wanda loved taking their 1966 Chevy Impala Sport Coupe to car shows. Gene also loved doing woodworking projects.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Wanda Jean Barber Fink; children, Michael Fink, Penelope Roush, Cheryl Ryerson, Deborah (Dan) Sherman, and Kevin (Yong) Argabrite; grandchildren, Wyatt, Erin, Emily, Joseph, Mitchell, Alexandria, Corbin, Ryan (Samantha), Mark, Mary, Richard, Ashley (Tyler) and Brandon; great grandchildren, Bella, Bentley, Leonardo, Quill, Rogue, Ripley and Avery; sisters, Lois Wile and Lynnie (Doug) Kaufman; sister in law, Sharon Fink; brothers in law and sisters in law, John (Pat) Barber, Georgia (Tom) Holbert, Thomas Barber and Jerry Mercer; many nieces and nephews; very special family friend, Bonnie Joyce; and many treasured car show friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Paula Case and Janice Buller; brother, Richard Fink; and sister in law, Lola Mercer.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the MARIETTA CHAPEL OF CAWLEY & PEOPLES FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Putnam Cemetery in Devola. Visitation will be on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. and for one hour prior to services on Tuesday.
