Georgia Ann Fox, 90, of Marietta, Ohio, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025, at Waterview Pointe, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 5, 1934 in Mannington, Ohio to Harold Francis and Shirley Lugusta Donaldson Dow.
Georgia attended schools in Seattle, Washington, Akron and Marietta, Ohio. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ and Chi O.C.C.L.
She is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Gains and Patsy Schaad (Mike); ten grandchildren, Barry, Mindy, Ivin, Chad, Misty, Dustin, Ryan, Michael, Jamie and Lilly; many great and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Fox, whom she married on March 4, 1951; son, James Michael Fox, Sr.; daughter, Jackie Sue Arnold (Larry); brother, Dillon Dow; son in law, Charles Gains; and granddaughter, Misty Adkins.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025 at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Carla Wobschall officiating. Family will greet friends for two hours prior to services on Friday at the church. Burial of her ashes will take place on a later date in East Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be directed to the general fund at the First Congregational Untied Church of Christ, 318 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio 45750.
