John Lester Moyers Jr., 91, of Vincent, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024. He was born on November 22nd, 1932 in Harrisville, WV to the late John Lester Moyers Sr. and Beula Varner Moyers.
John was a proud graduate of Marietta High School, class of 1951. He served in the Army and was stationed in Germany. After his military service, John worked in maintenance at Union Carbide for many years.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 64 and enjoyed spending time with his family. John is survived by his children, Andrew, Lori (Tim), and Jeff (Kathy), as well as many grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Jim, Joe, David, Reba, and Patte.

John was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Hale Moyers, his father John Lester Moyers Sr., mother Beula Moyers, brother Donald, and sister Lily Mae.
A graveside service will be held at Barlow Central Cemetery in Barlow, Ohio on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at 11:00 am, with full military honors.
