Here are the top three stories today in Marietta:
- A Marietta man has been charged after allegedly holding a gun to his girlfriend's head. According to the investigation, on Feb. 22, Brandon Bruce got into an argument with his girlfriend which escalated to him hitting her and pulling a gun out. The victim was able to leave and Bruce was arrested soon after. (WTAP)
- The Marietta Family YMCA will host the 4th Annual Health Fair today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fair will have health demonstrations, screenings, and activities for all ages. It will be held at 619 State Route 821. (WTAP)
- Marietta College softball splits its pair of opening games with one victory and one loss. The doubleheader was against Denison University, with Marietta winning the first game 6-0 and losing the second game 6-3. The next game will be against Bethany Lutheran in Florida on Sunday.
