Margaret P. "Pat" Sisco

Obituary

Margaret "Pat" Patricia Sisco, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 20, 2025, at her residence in Marietta, Ohio. She was born on March 15, 1944, in Trenton, New Jersey to John McGuire and Margaret Patricia Brown.

Pat was a proud graduate of the Class of 1962 at Bound Brook High School in Bound Brook, New Jersey. She dedicated 15 years of her career to clerical work at Mobil Research and Development Corporation in Pennington, New Jersey. Her professional journey also included part-time roles at Pennington Market for five years and a significant contribution to the State of New Jersey's Vital Statistics in Trenton for four years.

A devout member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Churchtown, Pat found joy and solace in her faith. She was an avid reader, often found with a book in hand, and had a deep love for her pets, who were cherished companions throughout her life.

Pat is survived by her loving husband William "Bill" Sisco whom she married on February 20, 1965, her son Michael Sisco (Kim), her daughter-in-law Cindy Yoho, and her two grandchildren, Jesica Henes (Anthony), and William McCloud. She was also blessed with four great-grandchildren: Jensen, Brandon, Ina, and Blake Henes, who brought immense joy to her later years, and her brother-in -law John Wojtowicz.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her step mother Frances McGuire, her son Kenneth Sisco, and her sister Mary Wojtowicz.

Following Pat's wishes, she will be cremated and a private burial will be held in Churchtown at St. John’s cemetery in Marietta, Ohio at a later date. Pat's family would like to extend a special thanks to Amedisys Hospice for the care and support they provided.
