The Marietta City Council welcomes you here and thanks you for your time and concerns. Should you wish to address the council, this is the time set on the agenda for you to do so. When you are recognized, please step to the podium and state your name and address prior to addressing council. Your comments will be limited to three minutes. The council may not respond to your comments this evening, rather they may take your comments and suggestions under advisement and your questions may be directed to the appropriate staff person for follow-up. In the event of a violation of decorum, the council president will give one warning. Should a violation continue, the council president may revoke the speaking privileges, and the speaker may be subject to removal from the council chambers by the sergeant-at-arms.

• Ordinance No. 258 (20-21) An Ordinance appropriating the City of Marietta, Ohio, Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund payment to the City’s Covid-19 response, and directing the Mayor to execute a subgrant agreement with Marietta-Washington County Visitors and Convention Bureau (CVB), and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Resolution No. 111 (20-21) A Resolution to adopt and approve the Public Housing Agency Plan for the City of Marietta, Ohio, and to authorize and direct the Mayor to certify said Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Public and Indian Housing, on behalf of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 264 (20-21) An Ordinance to amend Section One of Ordinance No. 4 (20-21), passed January 16, 2020 in order to modify the source of monies for the payment of the salary for the Development Department Administrator of the City of Marietta, Ohio. (SHOAF)

• Ordinance No. 265 (20-21) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into Change Order No. 4 to the present contract between the City of Marietta, Ohio and TEC Engineering, Inc., for necessary changes to the Marietta Fiber Optics Project for a total of $ 10,665.00, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordnance No. 266 (20-21) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a Preliminary Legislative agreement with State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, on behalf of the City of Marietta, Ohio, (LPA) for the 1-77 Culvert Rehab Project, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
