• Ordinance No. 198 (20-21) An Ordinance to enact Section 949.01(h) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to officially name certain real property located in the City of Marietta, Ohio, Theisen Park. (FARNSWORTH)

• Resolution No. 88 (20-21) A Resolution by the Council of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to accept a donation of real property from Paul T. Theisen, Deceased, through a Transfer On Death Designation Affidavit, and to accept a further donation from Paul T. Theisen, Deceased, of personal property, being $25,000.00, with said monetary donation being contingent upon the City of Marietta, Ohio accepting the donation of real property and then agreeing to maintain the real property in the same condition and standards as other parks in the City of Marietta, Ohio.
