  1. Two men have been indicted in connection with a Washington County death. Michael Martin and Andrew Davis both face drug related charges in connection with the death of 24-year-old Sarah Warrener. (WTAP)
  2. U.S. Congressman Bill Johnson is announcing that $3 million more dollars will be going to the Devola sewer project. This raises the total amount of new money brought in to more than $17 million. (Marietta Times)
  3. A panel of federal judges say that if state officials don't agree on a state legislative district map then they'll defer to a set of maps already ruled unconstitutional by the Ohio Supreme Court. (Statehouse News Bureau)
