1. The two people killed in the Scioto County plane crash were from Bellefontaine, Ohio. WSAZ reported that the two people who died were in their 60s. An investigation is underway. (WSAZ)
2. Jo Ingles of the Statehouse News Bureau reports that it's unclear as to whether the Ohio Vax-A-Million database will be private or public record. Ohio lawmakers have introduced a bill to make sure it's private. (Statehouse News Bureau)
3. Marietta College baseball game postponed. The Etta Express was supposed to play NC Wesleyan last night, but due to weather that was pushed to this morning at 9 a.m. The winner of that game will play Rowan at 4 p.m. (MC Athletics Twitter)
4. Revolutionary War Heroes Honored. Jenna Pierson of the Marietta Times reports that many came out to the Mound Cemetery yesterday to honor early American patriots. (The Marietta Times)
5. Both U.S. Senators from Ohio voted for a commission to investigate the January 6 riot at the Capitol. Jo Ingles of the Statehouse News Bureau reports that Republican Senator Rob Portman broke ranks with his vote, but it won't be enough to override a filibuster. (Statehouse News Bureau)

- On Saturday there will be a Marietta Main Street event called clean sweep. Details can be found here.
- The River City Farmers Market will be held on Saturday at 922 Front Street. It runs from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Details can be found here.
- WillowCreekMX Opening Day is Sunday. The club at WillowCreek will be teaching motocross at 11 am in Whipple. Details can be found here.
- The Washington County Veterans Service Commission is renaming their building on Memorial Day. On Monday the 31st at 4 p.m. there will be a renaming ceremony held in honor of Chad Wright. Details can be found here.
- Henderson Hall Sightseeing: This will start at the Valley Gem Landing where you will board the boat and depart at 10:30 a.m. for the Henderson Hall landing. There you will disembark and ride the trolley to the Henderson Hall grounds and tour. More details here.
