Russell "Rusty" Morgan Hupp Jr., a beloved resident of Marietta, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the age of 70. He was born on December 9, 1955, in Marietta, Ohio to Russell and Patricia Hammond Hupp.
Rusty was a proud alumnus of Warren High School, graduating with the Class of 1974. He spent his career as a dedicated truck driver dispatcher. He was a member of the Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption in Marietta, Ohio.
He is survived by his loving siblings, June Deem, Rose Pryor, Rebecca Buckman, Brenda Bee (Michael), and Glen Hupp (Dajea). Rusty was a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews, with a special bond shared with his niece, Melanie Lucas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his brother, Leo Hupp.
A funeral service will be held at the MARIETTA CHAPEL OF CAWLEY & PEOPLES FUNERAL HOMES in Marietta, Ohio at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026 with the Rev. Emmanuel Nwosu officiating with a graveside service to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Marietta, Ohio. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Rusty's life with a visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
