9:00 Business Meeting

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Liquor Permit Application for MIRRIC REALTY LLC

Schilling said this item was on the agenda last week, and they tabled it for one week. The reason they table liquor permit applications for one week is to give time for anyone with objections to come forward. No one came forward and objected so it was approved.

DATES TO REMEMBER

Viewing to vacate Bartlett Street, 10:30 a.m. May 6, at intersection of South Street and
State Route 555

This was a public viewing required if a street is to be vacated. Schilling says if the commissioners, and trustees end up signing off on it, the homeowner would take over the street as basically a driveway. The homeowner is apparently on board so Schilling basically says barring any wild developments, he doesn't see why that won't pass.
