MARIETTA, OH — Here are the indictments handed down from a Washington County Grand Jury on May 4th. This was just released from the prosecutor's office.

• Anderson, Courtney - Indicted for the charge of escape, a third-degree felony.
• Bruce, Brandon Scott Wade - Indicted for the charges of discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. And having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.
• Rooney, Matthew Allen - Indicted for the charges of domestic violence, a third-degree felony. Disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.
• McCutcheon, Jordan, Alexander - Indicted for the charges of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. Obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony.
• Mockler, Elizabeth - Indicted for the charges of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony. Possession of marihuana, a minor misdemeanor.
• Milam, Edward Joseph - Indicted for the charges of domestic violence, a third-degree felony. Disrupting public services, a felony of the fourth-degree.
• Hewitt, Richard Clayton III - Indicted for the charges of tampering with evidence, a felony of the third-degree. Endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor.
• Reid Williams, Elijah Ishmael - Indicted on five counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, third-degree felonies. Attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony. Importuning, a fifth-degree felony. Two counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a fifth-degree felony.
• Decker, Richard C. Jr. - Indicted on two counts of rape, first-degree felonies.
• Johnston, Jassandra C. - Indicted on two counts of robbery, second-degree felonies.
• Johnston, Jassandra - Indicted on the charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Efaw, Ryan Michael -Indicted on seven counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies. Four counts of grand theft, fourth-degree felonies. Two counts of grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, third-degree felonies. Two charges of burglary, a third-degree felony. Theft from a person in a protected class, a fifth-degree felony.
• Long, Ashana Dawn - Indicted on two counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies. Two counts of grand theft, fourth-degree felonies. Two counts of burglary, felonies of the third-degree. Grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, a third-degree felony.
• Wells Robert Justin - Indicted on 10 counts of breaking and entering, felonies of the fifth-degree. Engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a second-degree felony. Two counts of burglary, third-degree felonies. Six counts on various types of grand theft, all third or fourth-degree felonies. And one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.
• Mayle, Richard - Indicted on one count of trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Possessing criminal tools, a felony of the fifth-degree. Receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture proceedings, a fifth-degree felony.
