On 27 Apr 2021 deputies were dispatched to 20015 State Route. 676, Marietta, OH, to an anonymous call of a domestic violence incident in progress. Stephen Flinn advised his girlfriend, Andrea Lohoefener, became enraged with him due to Flinn waking Lohoefener up. Flinn states Lohoefener went on a rage around the residence, yelling and screaming, and eventually breaking down a door jamb. Lohoefener reportedly went at Flinn several times in an aggressive manner which made him believe she was going to assault him during this incident of rage. An attempt was made to speak with Lohoefener, however deputies only met with a barrage of yelling and screaming coupled with her uncontrollable physical outbursts. Andrea Michelle Lohoefener, age 34, was placed under arrest and charged with domestic violence. Lohoefener was transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 27 Apr 2021 Deputy Aultman met with an individual who had located a set of keys found on the ground on BF Goodrich Road, Oak Grove. This case remains under investigation.

On 28 Apr 2021 deputies responded to Dollar General, 10282 State Route 550, Vincent, OH, for a reported shoplifter. The suspect vehicle was stopped before it left the parking lot. The sole occupant, Cora Baker, was witnessed stealing multiple items from inside the store by store personnel, which was confirmed by video. Baker admitted to stealing the items totaling $91.01 due to her only having enough money for her electric bill. A consent to search her vehicle revealed a meth pipe. Cora Sue Baker, age 50, 5520 Pounds Road, Glouster, OH, was arrested and charged with theft/shoplifting and drug paraphernalia.

Zachariah Wayne Beardsley, age 34, Parkersburg, WV, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
Andrea Michelle Lohoefener, age 34, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Chavazze Levi Kidder, age 27, Barlow, OH, possessing drug abuse instruments, breach of recognizance, and driving under suspension, all misdemeanors.

Cody West Williams, age 30, St. Clairsville, OH, parole violation, a felony.

Robert Jonathan Huffman, age 40, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Felicia Christine Jackson, age 40, Waterford, OH, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 24 female inmates and 83 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
