WILLOUGHBY, OH — Two Cleveland men that allegedly attempted to rob a Willoughby bank with assault rifles have been indicted, the Department of Justice announced Thursday. Arvis Williams, Jr., 22, and Melvin Hill, 21, will both be charged for trying to rob the Willoughby Eastlake Credit Union. Williams is also being charged for a carjacking.
