RICHMOND HEIGHTS, OH — The Ohio Savings Bank in Richmond Heights was robbed by an armed suspect Thursday, the FBI said. The suspect had a semiautomatic handgun, but no one was hurt during the incident.

The bank, located at 720 Richmond Rd., was robbed at about 4 p.m. on Thursday. Two suspects came to the bank in a tan 2008 Hyundai sedan. That car was reported stolen by a Cleveland resident on Dec. 17.

The passenger in the car jumped out and went into the bank. He was wearing a dark mask and hood and dark gloves. He jumped over the counter at the bank and pulled out a semiautomatic handgun. He pointed the gun at tellers and demanded money.
