Attempted Bank Robbery In Highland Heights
Two men attempted to rob the US Bank on Wilson Mills Road on Thursday. They left the bank empty-handed.
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, OH — Two suspects attempted to rob the US Bank at 6135 Wilson Mills Rd., in Highland Heights on Thursday. The suspects tried to rob the bank at 1:15 p.m.
The FBI says that two male suspects entered the building, presented a demand note, but fled before any money was handed over. No weapon was seen during the incident.
The suspects are both black males. one suspect weighed about 200 pounds and the other weighed about 130 pounds and had a thin build, the FBI said. Both men were seen leaving on Wilson Mills Road, but the FBI could not provide a description of their getaway vehicle.

Tips can be provided to the Cleveland FBI, the Highland Heights Police Department or Crimestoppers. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individuals responsible. Tips can remain anonymous.
