Scoopy Doo's Ice Cream Shop is not hard to find if you slow down for ice cream. Located just west of SOM Center Road at 34000 Chardon Road, it's an easy place to stop and relax. Family owned, it is adult, kid and dog friendly. 

However, before you go you should ask yourself, "What is my favorite flavor?" With 24 soft-serve choices from amaretto to vanilla, there are options to boggle the mind and taste buds. Small cones are $2 and large cones are $2.50 with Krunch Kote and sprinkles to top things off.

Specialities like a Fudge Brownie, Strawberry Shortcake, Cheesecake Delight or Dirt Without the Worms are in the $4 range. Lowfat yogurt is another option if you are counting calories and all the extras are too much.

Not in the mood for soft serve? Then foot-long hot dogs with all the condiments are served. Not to skimp on options, you can choose from chili, cheddar cheese, green or hot pepper relish, sauerkraut and many others as extras or add flavors like yellow or brown mustard at no charge.

If a different kind of dog is on your mind, and you've brought your four-footed companion, then there is even special doggie ice cream formulated for dog bellies and taste buds. That, however, is the only ice cream served in one flavor.
