School of Rock Gets Ready For a Amazing Performance Next Weekend!!!

Its Saturday at the School of Rock and we are hard at work on this unseasonbly warm and beautiful day in January. As I type this, our 101/202 junior rockers Program is working harder than most professionals on fine tuning their set of hits from rock bands new and old. Everything from the Beatles to the Black Keys.

As for the big kids, they've been hard at work to provide the powerful performances that Cleveland has come to expect from School of Rock. So what have we got for you this time????

Our two shows for the Regular Program will be Beard Rock and Led Zeppelin:How the West Was Won I vs. IV! Beard Rock, what is that? The Beard Rock show was an idea that  one of our instructors had thought quite sometime ago. It basically is a show dedicated to bands throughout the years that have made facial hair a rock n roll standard. So yes, there will be ZZ Top, however, as we dove more into this concept, we realized that we could use this them to put on one of the most ecclectic setlists that we've ever done at the School of Rock. You'll hear everything from the Beatles Abbey Road Era to new indie sensations such as Band of Horses all the way to the heavy metal fury of Clutch! Needless to say, we're excited for this one!

Now that brings us to Led Zeppelin! What needs to be said that hasn't already been said??? Its ZEPPELIN!!!! We're paying tribute to their groundbreaking albums, Led Zeppelin I and Led Zeppelin IV. So before we start with the "...are you guys going to play this song off I or that song off IV?" We're playing them all!! Be there!!
