Many people who join Medicare have questions and concerns about their new, different type of health insurance. In addition, important deadlines exist for certain new benefits. If you are a new or soon-to-be beneficiary, come to this Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program and learn about Medicare benefits, supplemental insurance policies, Medicare Advantage plans and prescription drug coverage. OSHIIP is a free service through the Ohio Department of Insurance and provides unbiased answers and insurance counseling on issues important to people of any age on Medicare.
