Citizens Bank in Mayfield Heights Robbed, Police Ask for Help

The Citizens Bank located at 6257 Mayfield Road in Mayfield Heights was robbed this afternoon. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately in his 40's, 5'7"-5'10", 180lbs or more, wearing a baseball hat with a mask or scarf over his face, gloves, and dark sunglasses.

The suspect entered the bank and immediately began screaming for everyone to get on the ground. The suspect approached 2 tellers and verbally demanded money. The suspect then scooped the money off the counter, placed it in a white plastic bag and walked out. It is believed the suspect got into a silver older model foreign 4-door sedan.
