EQUESTRIAN THEME GALA EVENING!
Join us for the 10th Annual Patchwork Gala with an evening to celebrate the 138th Annual Kentucky Derby and raise money for DDC Clinic - Center for Special Needs Children. Gala attire is Kentucky Derby theme! Wear a fancy hat, be a jockey, anything equestrian goes! For those less creatively inspired, business attire or cocktail casual is appropriate.
Ticket prices start at $95 and include live broadcast coverage of the Kentucky Derby, dinner food stations, beverages, DJ entertainment and unique Silent Auction items. VIP tickets and Sponsorship packages are available from $500 - $15,000.
Based in Middlefield, Ohio, DDC Clinic - Center for Special Needs Children is a non-profit primary care and research facility serving patients with complex medical needs; especially children with rare genetic disorders. The annual Patchwork Gala raises much critical funds for DDC Clinic's state-of-the-art research efforts and medical care.
