Quarter Auction - Proceeds to benefit Lake Geauga Youth Bowling Scholarship

YOU’RE INVITED….
Quarter Auction. Have you ever heard about a Quarter Auction but not sure what it is?

A quarter auction is a group of distributors (i.e. Tastefully simple, Pampered Chef, Avon, Premier Designs, Vineyard lights, Scentsy and so on) gathering their products together and raffling them off for quarters. This is a fun evening of socializing, entertaining and great deals! It is best described as a live Chinese auction meets bingo. Bring lots of Quarters as there will be many great products to win!!

When you arrive you will receive a paddle. Each paddle is matched up with a corresponding number. These numbers are used to call the winning paddle for every item. You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional paddles for only $1.00 each.

As each item is offered up for bid, you will have the option to play to win that item. If you choose to bid on the item, you will put in the item’s designated number of quarters for each paddle that you want to play (so if you have 1 paddle and it is a 2 quarter bid, you’ll put 50 cents in the basket; if you want to play 2 paddles and it is a 1 quarter bid, you’d put 1 quarter for each of your paddles into the basket, or 50 cents). A number is then drawn and if it matches your paddle, you won the item! If you chose not to bid then we ask that you yell “No Bid” and the next number is drawn until a played paddle number is drawn. (You gotta play to win!)

Each item is assigned a bid value based on the actual retail value for the item. For example, the bid ranges break down as follows
$10 - $25 Value      = 1 quarter bid
$25.01 - $50 Value = 2 quarter bid
$50.01 - $75 Value = 3 quarter bid
$75.01 and up Value= 4 quarter bid
