The 39-year-old had images of children being graphically assaulted and raped.

NOVELTY, OH — A Novelty man this week pleaded guilty to having videos of children being raped and sexually assaulted. U.S. Attorney Justin Herdman announced the guilty plea on Monday.
John Mobaserri, 39, will be sentenced March 19. He pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and one count of possession of child pornography.
Law enforcement caught Mobasseri with two USB storage devices, 14 computer disks and a computer that contained images of minors in sexually explicit conduct. Herdman says Mobasseri received and distributed child pornography between 2009 and 2017.
