From 6-9 p.m. it will indeed be Wade Oval Wednesday again on the grassy area surrounded by Cleveland’s major museums and the Botanical Gardens. There’ll be food and beverages for sale, including beer and wine – if you haven’t packed a picnic – and you can chill to the insistent reggae beat of Carlos Jones & the P.L.U.S. Band while you dine.
