Let's Go for a Swim – No Open Houses This Weekend

According to the Wall Street Journal, housing markets have not found a bottom, but maybe a temporary foothold.  The Case-Shiller gauge of home prices in 20 major cities release Tuesday, showed a monthly gain in April.  This would be the first increase since July 2010.

Pending sales of previously owned homes are expected to rebound at least 10 percent in May after falling 11.6 percent in April.
