Mayfield Village Hires 3 Full-Time Firefighters
The men will be sworn in during a ceremony at June 19 at a village council meeting. They will assume full-time status on July 1.

MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OH — The Mayfield Village Fire Department is adding three full-time firefighters. Letters were sent out to the firemen on May 19 offering them the positions.
David Soriano, Ryan Fowler, and Matthew Martin were all offered full-time positions with the department. The letters to the men were presented to the village council on June 2.
Mayor Brenda Bodnar sent the letters to the three men. The official title for the three firefighters will be Firefighter/Paramedic Class C. The men were also recommended by Fire Chief Eugene Carcioppolo.

Additionally, the department is promoting Steven Conti to the rank of Lieutenant.

With these additions, the Mayfield Village Fire Department will grow to have 14 full-time firefighters and 13 part-time firefighters.
