The beauty of Monarch butterflies was the focus of the latest Cleveland Metroparks event at the . Although many children were in awe of these flying pieces of art, adults were also very interested. There was a variety of Monarch activities and related nature exploration.

If you want to feed the stragglers try to make some simple sugar and put it on a sponge.

Simple sugar:
1 part HOT water
3-4 parts white sugar
– mix until dissolved and let cool before using

Sometimes a quick meal is all they need for the next leg of their journey.
