Police Blotter: Bicyclist Takes Out Mirror on Car

A mirror was broken off a Pontiac Grand Am parked in a Progressive Insurance lot on Alpha Drive on July 20. Police said a girl was riding her bicycle and fell into the car.

People were driving around and taking pictures of houses at 8:18 p.m. July 20 on Legacy Drive and a resident thought this was suspicious. An officer spoke to the suspects, who were going to build a house and wanted pictures of other houses.

A woman with long blond hair and wearing a long jacket was stopping cars at 9:16 p.m. July 20 at Miner and Highland roads. She wanted a ride to Chardon Road. Police dropped the woman off in Willoughby Hills.

A street sign for Kenarden Drive was found in a catch basin sewer at 9:20 p.m. July 20.

A man called police from Wilson Mills Road at 12:27 p.m. July 20 and said a woman was going crazy and beating up his kid. The man refused to answer any questions. Police investigated and wound up arresting the 20-year-old man for disorderly conduct.
