Police Blotter: Bike Rider Has Nasty Spill
Information supplied by the Gates Mills Police Department

A bicyclist traveling southbound on Chagrin River Rd. struck a curb and was ejected from his bike on June 16 at 8:46 a.m. After being ejected, the man struck a fence along the roadway. The cyclist, 51, of Pepper Pike was treated for injuries at Hillcrest Hospital.
Disturbance: A Woodstock Rd. resident said his ex-wife was outside his house knocking at a window on June 11 at 5:50 p.m. The man said officers spoke with the ex-wife who left the property without further incident.
Property damage: A Chartley Rd. resident reported damage to his property on June 13 at 9:25 a.m. An officer spoke with the resident who said sometime during the previous night, an unknown vehicle struck and damaged the wrought iron fence at his residence.

Harassment: A Gates Mills Blvd. resident filed a harassment report that said she’s been receiving harassing phone calls and text messages from a former business associate on June 16 at 5:32 p.m. An officer spoke with the suspect who agreed to cease further contact with her.
