A Mayfield Village resident complained that has traffic backed up from River Road at the stop sign all the way up to Wilson Mills Rd. into Mayfield Village the afternoon of July 10. The caller said drivers are getting impatient and attempting to turn around and believes there’s going to be accidents. The caller was transferred to Gates Mills police.
Many citations: A driver was cited on Lander Rd. for driving without a license, driving under suspension and with expired plates on the morning of July 9.

Double trouble: A twin brother hit her sister in a domestic dispute at Meadowood Dr. in the afternoon of July 11. Both had separated with the sister out of the house. Both are 18. Statements were taken and the matter was turned over to a prosecutor for a ruling.
DUI: A driver on the I-271 northbound lane approaching Ridgebury Blvd. was taken into custody for driving under the influence in the early morning of July 14.
