CLEVELAND – Join StoneWater for an extraordinary dining experience as we showcase a five-course, locally sourced pork inspired dinner, paired with five renowned bourbons. The special event will take place Saturday, March 5, from 7 to 9:30 p.m.
Each tasting glass will be paired with a cut of pork from Hamilton Farms in Lenox Township, prepared in an innovative fashion with seasonal accompaniments by Executive Chef Kathryn Neidus. The bourbon line-up is as follows:

The full menu includes special pairings for a wonderful evening.
The bourbon journey will be led by spirits expert Lorilei Bailey, and farmer James Hamilton will share with guests about his farm and raising some of the best-tasting pork on the market.
"We're all in for a great night of food and drink,” said Chef Kathryn. “I couldn't be more excited to work with some of the most delectable pork available and prepare it for our guests. What’s more, the bourbon selections that Ms. Bailey has sourced are unique and diverse."
