The Rustic Grill at StoneWater Seder Dinner

The Rustic Grill at StoneWater is offering Seder Dinner for dine-in or curbside carryout on Friday April 15. Dine-in reservations (required) are available from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Carryout is available all day on April 15 but can be accommodated on other dates and times. The cost is $50 per adult, and $20 per child 12 & under (plus tax & gratuity). Full dinner menu is also available.

“It’s the only holiday that I know of, other than Thanksgiving, that’s truly centered on the food,” said Kathryn Neidus, Rustic Grill Executive chef. We put a lot of weight on keeping the Seder dinner symbolisms and traditions intact."

This is the 5th year hosting Seder Dinner at the Rustic Grill and has been a very popular dinner for guests who enjoy hosting at a venue.

"So much goes into preparing for a Seder and entertaining”, said Whitney Neidus, Events Director. It is a lot of responsibility and prep for people so our hope is people can join us a the restaurant or enjoy our seder dinner catering at their own homes, enjoy the meal and that we live up to their family’s tradition and not worry about cleaning after the meal is done.”

The menu consists of: FIRST COURSE: Matzo & Charoset, Gefilte Fish with beet horseradish, Hardboiled Egg with salt and warm water. SECOND COURSE: Matzo Ball Soup. FAMILY STYLE DINNER: Roasted Airline Chicken Breast, Slow Roasted Beef Brisket with Au Jus, Roasted Baby Carrots & Grilled Asparagus Medley and Roasted Herb Fingerling Potatoes. FAMILY STYLE DESSERT: Lemon Meringue Bars.

Coconut Bars, Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons. SEDER DINNER ADD-ONS:

TRADITIONAL SEDER PLATE $16 -- parsley, horseradish, charoset, lettuce, shank bone, roasted egg. GRANDMA’S CHOPPED LIVER (8oz) $6 chopped liver, onions, hardboiled eggs. SIDE SALAD $6 per salad; mixed greens, mozzarella, cucumbers, tomatoes, choice of dressing. KOSHER WINE Available for pre-order.
