Best Of Luck to FCMB at the States Competition in Brunswick tonight Nov 4th
Mentor High Schools Marching Band is heading to Brunswick High School to compete in the OMEA States Competition.

We want to wish the Mentor High School Marching Band the FCMB the best of luck as they head to Brunswick High School for the OMEA States Competition. They will be performing their "Metal" Show. They students have been working on this performance since Band Camp in August. There are 260 students in the band. The Band Director is Steve Poremba and his staff. We want to Thank all the parent volunteers that have been a big part of making sure the band has all they need to make their performances and halftime shows go one without a hitch. The Service Crew (also known as the Rodies) are a great bunch of parents making the props for the shows and making sure all the instruments get to and from all the shows along with a lot of other support for the concerts through the year. The Hospitality group makes sure there are plenty of food and snacks for our band and the visiting bands during the Football Games and Band Camp. There are the Uniform Moms that make sure all the students have their uniforms and are ready for their performances. The Chaperons are parents that escort the student at all the events. There are several other groups within our group that we will be thanking. But for now we want to Recognize and Cheer on our wonderful band. Good Luck At States. The Competition is open to the General Public so come and cheer them on.
