After last year’s overwhelming response, Gallery One has announced its Second Annual Cold Nose ♥ Warm Art™ Contest, once again designed to encourage kids from ages 4 to 18 to use their talents and imaginations. The 2013 event will feature a selection of adoptable pets from Marilyn's Voice and the Lake Humane Society.
