Coronavirus Assistance: Ohio Home Relief Program

The Home Relief Fund provides assistance with rent, mortgage, electric and water/sewer disconnection notices.

Lake County Lifeline has been awarded additional Emergency Rental Assistance funding through the Ohio Development Services Agency and Governor Mike DeWine’s efforts to provide a safety net for residents struggling financially due to the impact of COVID-19. The Home Relief Fund provides assistance with rent, mortgage, electric and water/sewer disconnection notices. The Home Relief Fund was launched last November and runs through December 31, 2021.

Lifeline has partnered with Fair Housing Resource Center to triage and provide intake for the Home Relief Fund for both rent and mortgage assistance. Lifeline’s office will directly provide intake for those with disconnection notices on electric, water and sewer bills and can be reached at 440-354-2148.
