Mentor Fighting Cardinals Marching Band goes to States!!
The Mentor Fighting Cardinals Marching Band scores an Excellent at the State Competition. We are so proud of our band.
On Friday November 6th, the Mentor Fighting Cardinals Marching Band went to States. The State Competition was held at Brunswick High School. The band went on at 9:30 and performed their show including the Bohemian Rhapsody. It is a challenging job to get approximately 240 band members to hit their marks and look and sound so great. With the dedication of the students and the directors the band does a great job learning their routines. The band has been practicing the football program and the competition show since July. We are very proud of our band. This was the 4th year in a row that the band qualified.
Please help support our Band with the local dine-to-donate this month and in December. We will also have our Annual Spaghetti Dinner in February. We will be posting the dates and times.
