Mentor MPL Community Shred Day To Be Held September 12
The good news is that the Library has rescheduled the event for Saturday, September 12th from 9 AM to 1 PM.

August 20, 2020
When the Coronavirus hit and things shut down, it led to many canceled events, including the Mentor Public Library’s free annual Shred Day for Library patrons and community members. The event is a great way to securely dispose of personal papers and documents like old tax returns, medical forms and anything containing sensitive identity information.

The good news is that the Library has rescheduled the event for Saturday, September 12th from 9 AM to 1 PM. If you spent quarantine cleaning out closets and organizing files, now’s your chance to safely dispose of those papers containing personal information.
Bring up to 5 boxes or bags of documents for secure off-site shredding to the Main Library’s auxiliary parking lot on the corner of Sharon Lee and Mentor Avenue. The collection is one day only. Thanks to the Mentor Public Library and community partner Xpress Shredding for providing this service!
